Paul P. Kingsley is a solo practitioner representing clients in the areas of business transactions, company formation and organization, private equity and fund formation, joint ventures, commercial real estate and other corporate and real estate legal matters. His broad background in business, real estate and law and his commitment to personalized service can help your business be successful.
Prior to founding Kingsley Law Firm PLC, Mr. Kingsley was Principal and Co-Founder of The Primestone Group LLC, a real estate investment and development company based in Phoenix, Arizona and dedicated to cross-border real estate development in Sonora, Mexico. He spent three years in this capacity, serving as in-house counsel and managing operations.
Before starting The Primestone Group, Mr. Kingsley practiced business transactional and corporate law at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago, Illinois. During his four years at Katten, he represented companies ranging in size from start-up to public on a wide variety of transactional and organizational matters.

- Represented multiple clients in bulk purchases and sales of distressed multi-family and condominium properties, including negotiating financing agreements for purchase transactions.
- Represented multiple clients in obtaining special orders of exemptions for subdivision public reports in Arizona.
- Represented issuer in sale of $10 million of interests in real estate investment fund.
- Represented multiple private equity funds in leveraged buyouts and divestitures of strategic target companies.
- Represented health care services company in second round venture capital financing.
- Represented start-up pharmaceutical company in initial formation, issuance of membership interests, stock option agreements, employment agreements and consulting agreements.
- Represented licensor in preparation and negotiation of license, manufacturing and supply agreement for use in automobile racing industry.
